Welcome to another exciting season of Verona Wrestling.  This year holds promise of many great things.  We return with many solid wrestlers from last year's squad.  We must continue the traditions of excellence this year.  This will be a challenge to us all.  The greatest thing about wreslting is that you control your own destiny!  If you are willing to do the work of a champion, then you will become one.  If you are willing to push yourself to new levels of performamce, then you'll be at a new level.  If you commit to being the best, then that is what you will be.

Foundations of Verona Wrestling
